As Governor Phil Murphy's final term ends, former Representative (NJ-11) Mikie Sherrill (D) achieved a 14-point margin of victory on Tuesday November 4, 2025 to become NJ's next governor.

Again unsuccessful after multiple runs for public office was gubernatorial candidate Jack Ciattarelli (R). Two debates were broadcast, on WABC-TV Channel 7 and NJPBS Spotlight News and are available to view. In 2024 Rep. Andy Kim (D-3rd) successfully won the seat to replace Robert Menendez and now represents NJ voters as one of NJ's two Senators in the US Senate.

*NJEDA announces grants to NYC companies.* "From the beginning, I vowed to fight congestion pricing" says NJ Gov. Phil Murphy, who demeans environmental reviews and bemoans NJ smog near GWB, despite state negligence addressing hellishly gridlocked traffic in north, central and south NJ, with no coordination across jurisdictions for roads and traffic signals. In reality most NJ-NYC commuters use NJT rail and buses, ferries etc. then walk or use MTA. *Thanks to two college students* we know that NYC traffic has been vastly reduced which benefits ALL except apparently Murphy, Gottheimer and a few other 'public' servants representing a pants-on-fire caucus.
